We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for our client based in Stoke.
Duties will include carrying out all general office duties, answering telephone calls, both internal and external. Dealing with inquiries and re-directing calls appropriately and efficiently. Meeting and greeting visitors, updating records and information on a computerized system, therefore a good knowledge of Exel and other related software would be benifical.
Hours of work – 7.30am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday
This is a temporary to permanent position, with an immediate start.
