We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing client in their new purpose built premises.  You will be joining an existing team to provide first class customer service to a wide specter of consumers.

Duties will include:

  • Receiving enquiries, orders and queries via email and telephone.
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers, following up on previous requests.
  • Offering product advice.
  • Order processing.

Candidates will require:

  • Proven Sales & Administration experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and orally.
  • Ability to deal with complex customer enquiries and sales related issues.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs).
  • The ability to keep calm and professional at all times.

Full product training will be provided for this new and exiting role.
