We are currently recruiting for our client based in Alsager.

Due to our clients rapid growth we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Customer Service experience looking to join a professional and successful company where career progression is promoted.

The Role:

This is a varied and interesting role, and no two days are the same! But will include:

  • Handling a variety of customers and offering excellent customer service by answering questions and queries regarding the customer account.
  • Account amendments.
  • Managing customer complaints.
  • Managing cancellation of plans.
  • Discussing overdue payments.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure our customers get the correct information.
  • Answering queries from Contractors and Suppliers.
  • What Skills and Experience will you need?
  • The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience.
  • Be able to thrive in a fast paced role, and be comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as being able to learn new CRM / Database.

The ideal candidate will receive excellent training, support and development to progress their career in this field.

Job Package Details:

Salary: £16,500 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, shifts between 8.00am and 7.00pm. One Saturday per month 9.00am – 2.00pm.
