Sales Ledger / Order Processor Clerk

Reference: Sales Order Processing

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger / Order Processing Clerk.  Suitable candidates will be joining a small friendly team in the Leek area.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing orders
  • Producing invoices
  • Liaising with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments
  • Processing customer payments
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Filing, scanning and document organization

Other related duties as and when required

Skills & Experience:

  • Be able to work in a busy environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)

Hours of work:

  • 09.00am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday
