Absolute 4 Staff is privately owned and run by Co-Directors Nik and Jo, who have in excess of 50 years combined experience within the recruitment industry.

At Absolute 4 Staff we understand the importance of having the right staff in the right place at the right time. Therefore, we spend a high percentage of our resources in constantly updating our database of candidates, to match the skill sets within our sectors.

Our consultants have trained in recruitment techniques and employment law.  So you can be assured that all candidates provided to you have been screened and interviewed by a trained consultant.  In addition we have sophisticated industry specific assessment software to test a wide range of skills.

All our candidates have provided proof of identity for eligibility to work in the UK and will have completed an in-depth application form and interview.  References are initiated on the day of registration.
